With a billet aluminum receiver set you can rest assured that this rifle is build on a sturdy platform. The  DS-15 Typhoon 5.56 Rifle comes standard with ambidextrous controls including safety selector  and charging handle. The 16″ 5.56 SOCOM threaded 1:9 twist barrel is perfect for those lighter 5.56 loads like the 55gr M193.
