Most of the time, the wild and crazy builds never see the floor, because they’re FFL transfers just getting picked up by their eager owners. But sometimes we get to lay hands on some rifle builds that are really, really out there. This JP Rifles 6.5 Creedmoor setup is off the charts, as you might expect for $8,750.
